Ladies & Gentlemen, I am thinking about getting a Lempicka Art Deco Giclee painting, but still unsure of which one to go for. These are my shortlists and I'd appreciate some feedback and second opinions (I'm usually pretty decisive, but on this occasion, I need a jury!). Thanks in advance for your help and cooperation, it's greatly appreciated.
I love Tamara de Lempicka - I have a couple of prints myself. It's difficult to 'advise' since I don't know the space you plan to place your print, but I have been invited to 'opine' so, I cast my vote for the Young Lady With Gloves with a close second the Portrait of Mrs. Boucard. Both of these are iconic of Tamara's style and of the glorious deco era, and I still find the compositions and color schemes very livable in a home setting.
ReplyDeleteThere - now you have my 'two pence' :)
